• ClearCase/ClearQuest-based SCM integrations

Managed a development services team in a top-tier global investment bank, serving 150 developers and 70 single-sited, multi-sited, and off-shored projects...Migrated teams from SCCS and MKS to ClearCase...Delivered various workflow enhancements employing task-based branching strategies and ClearQuest issue tracking, capturing requirements with use cases.  Technologies included Ant and Maven build systems in Solaris/Linux/Windows interop environments, tied together with SOAP web services and delivered through IRC chat sessions and web pages; Apache Mason for dynamic web content; Castanet for deploying Java GUIs to Windows; and Perl as the primary scripting tool.

• SourceSafe to AccuRev migration

Migrated a development team of 30 from Visual SourceSafe to AccuRev in an agile Windows .Net environment. Developed SCC adapter for Draco--a 3rd-party open-source build loop--to poll AccuRev for changes. Designed and built a distributed build & test system, employing NCover wrapped around NUnit for code coverage statistics and reporting unit test results.
